Fix an issue preventing the Data Factory table-import-schema to complete

When erroneous formula rules were present in the schema for import, the process halted prematurely. As a result, the conditional formatting status of the items could not be refreshed. This issue is now resolved, and the import process successfully completes with the conditional formatting status correctly refreshed.
